We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties and services. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of the real estate market and proven experience in creating successful marketing campaigns. We’re looking someone to take our branding to the next level while having fun exploring their graphic design creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic marketing strategies to promote our services and our listings.
- Create compelling digital content, with a strong focus on video marketing.
- Create striking print and digital ad campaigns to generate new leads and promote our properties.
- Consistently monitor and elevate our branding’s look and feel between the overall team and individual realtors.
- Develop educational and value-driven blog posts on a consistent basis for our website.
- Monitor and manage our social media presence across all platforms.
- Manage website activities and upload our listings.
- Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns.
- Keep an eye on local community activities to collaborate and promote local businesses.
Requirements and skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software with a proficiency in video creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of programs.
- Creative portfolio showcasing a range of designs and techniques across various mediums.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in real estate marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and marketing copywriting.
- Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate photography and videography techniques is a plus.
- Minor HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a graphic design, multimedia, communications or related field. (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
