Role: Senior Agile Change Management Coaching Consultants
Client: Federal Government of Canada Client
Contract duration: 130 days, possibility of extension

Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
· Coaching and mentoring DFO leaders, teams and individuals on the Agile mindset, including
· Scrum, Kanban and Scaling frameworks;
· Coaching and mentoring DFO teams and individuals on Product Management;
· Coaching and mentoring specific Agile roles including Scrum masters, Product Owners and
developers;
· Mentoring and coaching staff on becoming coaches- both internal to Agile CoE and external;
· Promoting and reinforcing Agile values and principles;
· Developing and delivering Agile training sessions of approximate 90-120 minutes per session*
(Scrum & Kanban foundations, Scrum and Kanban modules, Planning & Estimation, Agile for
Leadership, etc.) to be delivered using multi-modal techniques;
· Developing and delivering Agile workshops of approximate 90-120 minutes per session* (writing
User Stories, Developing good Acceptance Criteria, Team building, role-based cohorts, etc.) to
be delivered live or to be recorded for self-serve usage;
· Assisting in the development and delivery of content for Agile Communities of Practice;
· Taking the lead in the preparation of coaching, training and facilitation material for the
transformation from Project Management to Product Management;
· Providing advice and guidance to teams on areas to improve throughout the Agile
implementation;
· Assisting management in defining next steps for Agile adoption within the department;
· Coaching and mentoring senior management on the Agile mindset;
· Coaching and mentoring teams outside of traditional IT (ex. HR, Finance, Procurement, Policy,
etc);
· Preparing and giving presentations for management and executive level.
Skills/Experience Required:
· MUST HOLD A valid security clearance (please indicate on resume)
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Change Management Consultant in performing the following:
o Analysis and development of business "critical success factors";
o Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training;
o Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
o Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities;
o Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring);
o Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders;
o Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions.
