Job Title: IT Technician
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Set up work stations and manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor and maintain the local area network (LAN) infrastructure
- Respond to IT inquiries and provide excellent care and attention to issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions
Experience:
- Proven experience in providing technical support in an office environment
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with LAN administration and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
