Landmark Homes is looking for a full-time passionate Copywriter & Marketing Coordinator!
Working in South Edmonton, the Copywriter & Marketing Coordinator, is responsible for writing advertising copy that promotes sales and building brand image and creating, developing, and launching online and social media marketing campaigns.
Will work with various online marketing strategies and tools, including paid ad placement, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, emails, social media websites, and search engine optimization. This individual will be required to build and maintain client relationships. Also be responsible for conducting marketing research and analyzing and developing reports and statistics on marketing campaigns and strategies.

What you will do:
- Produce advertising copy and other materials such as, web content, social media content, print and web advertising, email campaigns, blogs, direct mail, sales promotions, templates, letters, newsletters, articles, internal marketing messages and other corporate communications as required
- Write copy and scripts for marketing videos and vlogs and record them with the marketing team.
- Interact with internal and external customers to determine the best messaging presentation.
- Take part in all meetings that deal with the assignment, including production and process-related one
- Develop and maintain a successful social media and web presence
- Update and maintain social media accounts and sites
- Record and post-marketing and promotional videos
- Develop strategies to intertwine various online marketing techniques into one advertising strategy
- Build, test and execute internet marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain effective social networking marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with a graphic designer to create and send marketing emails
- Develop email marketing strategies that include the delivery timing, creative layouts, tailored messages, and subject lines
- Complete all necessary search engine optimization (SEO) tasks, including keyword research, on-page website optimization, link building, and other off-page optimizations
About you:
- Post secondary education in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or other relevant fields
- 4+ years of experience as a copywriter & marketing coordinator or equivalent role;
- Keen ability to match messages with targeted audiences to elicit desired outcomes.
- Artistic sensibility, including knowledge of page layout and content presentation.
- Creativity is essential
- Be a self-starter with high standards and the ability to work both independently and on a team to meet deadlines;
- Excellent understand of and working knowledge of brand building and branch management
- Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and techniques;
- Thoroughly organized and always striving to achieve better work efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday
Location: South Edmonton (In-Office)
