Summary
Noah Digital is looking to fill a full-time experienced Paid Search (PPC) Specialist, reporting to the VP of Client Success and Training, position within our head office in Burlington Ontario. The candidate will be responsible for paid search campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate would have a solid knowledge of paid search (PPC) and good at following directions. The ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment independently is a must.

Responsibilities

Perform PPC account audit and develop strategies with actional plans

Create paid search campaigns by following PPC best practices

Build and expand keyword lists for clients from different industries

Write compelling ad copy using copywriting skills

Conduct campaign management (including budgeting) and optimization to improve performance

Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing page, etc. to increase conversion rate

Prepare monthly report and data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Keeping up-to-date with paid search trends and technologies
Desired Skills & Expertise
-
3-5 years’ experience as a full-time paid search (PPC) professional
-
Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other ad platforms

Strong experience with A/B testing

Solid data analysis experience and familiarity with various reporting software

Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage workload

Google Ads and Google Analytics Certification required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
