What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Analytics & Strategy Manager within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in 212 King Street West, Toronto ON. We are thrilled to announce we are setting up a key new team to focus on Analytics and Strategy, an integral function of our Data, Strategy & Analytics Team. The primary role of this new team will be to drive strategic top-line and bottom-line growth for the organization both organically and through mergers and acquisitions.
The Manager, Business Strategy (FPA) works closely with the business and senior management and is primarily responsible for analytics and strategy to drive sustainable growth and retention by forecasting, modelling, and analysis, leading BI projects, preparing management presentations and identifying risks, and opportunities of the business.
The need to comprehend business concepts and ensure these concepts are delivered as meaningful analytics. The Manager facilitates design and concept gathering and assists in the creation of new reports or analytics. Additionally, the Manager should be experienced with problem-solving and conflict resolution to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues.
The manager needs to assist the company fit into the current dynamic economy by identifying and implementing relevant methods to increase business efficiency. Work with key stakeholders in the business to overcome political, behavioral, and systematic barriers to enable creativity, change and business growth. Come up with unique initiatives which help provide alternative solutions to the existing problems. Identify gaps in the business and advise on the corrective actions necessary. Enable innovation and creativity to develop new winning strategies. You will report directly to Director, Strategy, Analytics & Sales Compensation Payment Solution Division and regularly collaborate with team(s)/department(s).
The salary rate for this position is up to $110,000 CAD.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Lead the Analytics & Strategy team by directly supervising Analysts.
- Build the team by working with the current resources, hiring, and training new Analysts.
- Responsible for providing in-depth analysis and insights that enhance the decision-making abilities for the Senior Management and Executives.
- Perform in-depth revenue analysis and commentary on key variances vs. targets and vs.
prior months/years and recommendations for future action as required.
- Evaluate and report on risk adjusted revenue to identify risks and opportunities with
- respect to business performance.
- Analysis of key metrics and trends proactively to support organic customer revenue
retention and growth.
- Work with key stake holders, Senior Management, and various levels within the sales
- organization to gather information and data points on key initiatives to analyze business
performance.
- Analysis, tracking and measuring the impact of various ongoing initiatives.
- Prepare modeling to assess ROI & also conduct due diligence for mergers and
acquisitions.
- Identify and recommend improvements to current processes, with a focus on increased
- efficiencies and enhanced value-added analytics.
- Introduce new analysis, reporting formats etc., which provide insights into different
areas of the business.
- Implementing solutions for financial reporting and modeling.
- Drive a variety of special projects to improve internal business processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4 - 5 years’ experience in Strategy, Analytics and Financial Planning
- Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Project Management
- Microsoft SQL, Visio, SharePoint (Not a key requirement)
- Basic Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce)
