Position Overview:
Finning Canada is seeking a dynamic Marketing Email Specialist to drive the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing strategies. This role requires someone who can think fast and creatively to solve problems and deliver technology solutions that fuel growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders within the Marketing, Sales, and Product departments to craft captivating email content, automate campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze campaign effectiveness. Your expertise and proactiveness will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer journey and realizing our marketing objectives.
As a Marketing Email Specialist, you will manage the delivery of impactful promotional and automated email campaigns, resulting in revenue generation, cost savings, and improved customer experiences.
Working in tandem with the Marketing, Sales, and Product departments, you will be instrumental in shaping Email processes, building and managing email strategies and gathering and managing CASL Lists. You must be well adapted to using Eloqua and have knowledge in multi-channel sales funnels, sales eCommerce channels and analytics. You must be a self-starter and proactively look for areas of improvement using insights, testing, and developing new and exciting email campaigns. Must be adapted to working remotely and comfortable managing time and projects in a remote work environment.
Job Description:

Work closely with the Marketing Managers, other regional teams and external vendors to execute both batch-and-blast and automated email campaigns.

Manage nurture and engagement initiatives, ensure email compliance, establish scoring models, and contribute to email programs for various business units.

Execute needs-based email programs that deliver targeted, timely, and appropriate content, driving conversions such as service contract renewals, service appointments, and parts purchases.

Support our marketing team with operational tasks for marketing campaigns, including email list preparation, post-event list uploads, and campaign management in CRM.

Design end-to-end campaign workflows that go beyond email – Call to Actions that involve contact centers, sales follow-ups, improving lead scoring, etc.

Measure insight across a number of success criteria, including email deliverability, email engagement metrics, lead stage conversion, and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue

Proactively provide input on campaign and program improvement, including tests and experiments and suggesting new campaigns/programs to drive pipeline

Manage lead routing from Email campaigns.

Leverage data insights to expand segmentation and enable targeted messaging across channels.

Continuously develop/improve campaigns and processes to deliver qualified leads to Sales.

Continuously improve CASL list and segmentation of target audiences.

Must be a self-starter able to manage work, projects and time in a remote working environment.
Qualifications:

2-5 years of email, demand generation, or digital marketing experience

Post-secondary education, preferably in Marketing or Technology field

Experience working in marketing automation systems (pardot, eloqua, hubspot) or CRM systems like Salesforce

A good understanding of email channel and marketing automation best practices

The ability to prioritize tasks based on the impact they have to colleagues and KPIs

A data-driven mindset, a proactive attitude, and great organization skills

Extreme attention to detail to ensure all marketing assets are well-built and QA'd

Experience with reporting on email campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendations

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
