Receptionist & Marketing Associate - Rachel Mah Poy Insurance & Financial Services
Location: 340 Midpark Way SE Suite 207 Calgary AB
Type: Full Time – Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Complete daily marketing call (cold call & warm call) requirements.
- Complete daily office administrative tasks (including billing, claims connection calls, mailer programs, and event prep).
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Meet monthly lead generation & sales goals.
Requirements:
- Sales or Administraive experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Cold Call experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
- Diligent and hardworking
- Proactive in problem solving
- General Level 1 Insurance License (preferred- not required)

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Calgary AB, this is not a remote role.
