Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing and On-Ground Marketing Specialist is a dynamic and results-driven

professional responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that

encompass both digital channels (online) and on-ground activities to drive leads generation and

branding efforts. This role involves a combination of online marketing expertise, creative

thinking, and on-ground execution skills to ensure the company's marketing objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
-
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that include SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize the online customer journey and conversion rates.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
2. On-Ground Marketing:
-
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities to create brand awareness and generate leads.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce marketing materials, promotional items, and event collateral.

Establish relationships with partners, vendors, and event organizers to enhance the company's on-ground marketing presence.
3. Content Development:
-
Create engaging and relevant content for both digital and on-ground marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, brochures, and presentations.

Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging while catering to the specific needs of each channel.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and on-ground events.

Prepare regular reports and insights to drive data-based decision-making and strategy refinement.
5. Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budgets effectively for digital and on-ground marketing initiatives,

ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
6. Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
7. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team, creative designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and on-ground marketing roles.
-
Demonstrated success in generating leads and improving brand visibility through marketing efforts.
-
Experience in analyzing data and using insights to drive marketing strategy.
