JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a competitive, talented, and passionate business development consultant with a passion for sales & consulting wishing to thrive in a sales cycle environment.
This person plays a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth, and new customer acquisition goals as well as promoting our brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Territory management: Establish and maintain business relationships with existing customers and ensure that the quality of services is at an optimal level.
- · Prospecting and development of new accounts.
- · Understand customer needs and requirements.
- · Promote our brands, promotions and their benefits.
- · Participate in various monthly events and meetings.
EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES REQUIRED:
- · Relevant experience of a minimum of 3 years in road performance.
- · Great listening and presentation skills.
- History of exceeding quotas.
- Bilingual an asset
- Proficiency in the Office and CRM suite.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, good communication skills and dynamism.
- Experience in aesthetics, sale of cosmetics an asset.
- Territory: Toronto, Ontario
- Full time, Monday to Friday.
Competitive base salary, monthly commissions,
annual bonus, travel fuel allowance, cell and computer provided.
