Accountability #1: Project Management
Responsible for Project management tasks related to coordination and organization of project.
Leads project planning and schedules projects - as per the project objectives as defined by the appropriate team member, while managing dependencies across teams.
Ensures that project timelines are established through a work plan.
Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities to complete the project. Identifies the processes required to achieve required timelines and deliverables for each phase of execution.
Manages project flow from beginning to end according to the work plan.
Develops forms and set up files to ensure documentation of the project and a schedule for project completion within tight time frames.
Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards.
Identifies project tasks and resource requirements.
Accountable for the efficient and timely management and tracking of all project changes. Implements project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Supports and implement evaluation measures.
Tracks overall project risks and risk mitigation strategies and assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
Participates in standardizing best practices for project delivery being the focal point, and ensuring overall project health.
