Job Overview:
HDBIOPAK, a leading provider of innovative and environmentally-friendly packaging solutions, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a passion for promoting sustainable products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
Manage and optimize our Shopify e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
Create and curate engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques to refine our strategies continuously.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and sales, to achieve marketing objectives and support overall business goals.
Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future efforts.
Manage our email marketing strategy, including list segmentation, email design, and campaign performance analysis.
Ensure our brand message is consistent and engaging across all digital marketing channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in speaking Chinese Mandarin is considered a valuable asset for this role.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on e-commerce and multi-channel strategies.
Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce best practices.
Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and various digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling content.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Experience with email marketing platforms, such as MailChimp or Klaviyo is a plus.
Familiarity with design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
