Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by prospecting, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential customers
- Sell life insurance policies and provide excellent customer service to clients
- Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide them with the appropriate insurance products
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met over time
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with accurate information and advice
- Process applications and underwriting requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and meet performance targets
- Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities as required to meet established targets
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in the life insurance market or equivalent experience in another industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer and online research skills
