Must have skills
At least 10 years of overall experience in IAM;
Experience performing system study, analysis, functional and data requirements analysis, plan, estimate, and documentation preparation;
Experience applying an enterprise-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design and construction of information systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise;
Proficient oral communications and written skills, including giving formal presentations to different audiences; and
Experience with application delivery of offshore, onshore project model
Key responsibilities
Prepare Project status reports;
Evaluate project priorities and schedule alternatives, and subsequently develop and recommend changes to the project plan;
Monitor and update progress of the project activities against the plan
Identify and plan project changes through the Customer's Change Management procedure;
Participate to resolve project issues/risks through the Customer's issue/risk management procedure
Schedule and conduct weekly and monthly status meetings;
Coordination with Customer's stakeholders for day-to-day activities;
Deliver to Customer's methodology and compliance expectations as documented in project plan;
Coordinate with various CoEs of the Supplier as per project needs;
Manage stakeholder relationships during a project;
Manage the development of the project plan including, selecting appropriate planning techniques, planning processes, and planning deliverables tailored to the unique needs of the project; and
Issue resolution and escalation
