The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for someone who considers themselves a champion of all things social. As a social know-it-all, the incumbent must have an eye for content creation that stops people as they scroll through their feeds and gets them liking, commenting and sharing. We want a Community Manager who likes to sweat the details and can think creatively.
What you'll be doing:
This role works hand in hand with our content team to launch successful campaigns through aligned communication (content x calendar). Not only is this role responsible for the strategic plan, they are expected to execute and manage new and existing media advertising channels.
In collaboration with our content creator (photography & video) you'll own the content plan, posting schedule and reporting for the brand's always-on social media. You will proactively engage with our B2B and DTC audiences across different platforms to drive awareness and deepen relationships with the brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Community Engagement [30%]
- Create high level of community engagement through content planning and content development for social media and eCrm programs

Proactively manage brand led comments and conversations in social channels
- Ensure the content creation aligns with the brand's audiences and for each platform's unique formats i.e. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and e-newsletters
Community Growth [30%]

Own and manage growth for various channels

Grow follower and subscriber count across socials and promotional newsletter

Generate eCommerce revenue through social media and newsletters
Partnerships and Influencers [20%]
- Build, recruit and execute impactful influencer and media partnerships

Complete partnership campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are on time and on budget

Report on partnership post engagement and impressions

Onboard and track members to our affiliate program
Content Planning and Creation [20%]
- Create content in a team-role alongside our inhouse photo/videographer, including writing social posts for different social platforms and for brand-led eComm
- Execute and deliver content calendar on plan across all channels

Ensure all outreach and publications are within brand guidelines

Data analysis and decision making to drive effective results based on campaign success
You're a good fit if you:
-
have a proven track record of growing like minded eCommerce brands
-
3 -5 years of experience in managing and growing social communities
-
have experience planning and creating content for multiple social media and digital channels simultaneously
- this must include using data to analyze outcomes and adjust campaigns as needed to deliver results
- love social media, specifically Meta, Tiktok, YouTube, and Pinterest

are comfortable with technology like GSuite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Mac OS, Shopify, and Klaviyo

design programs like Adobe Suite and Canva are a bonus!

are an effective communicator - both verbal and written

are comfortable in a scrappy start-up environment where resourcefulness is key and you know you will make mistakes to learn from
