About the Role:
You will be a member of the technical Product Support Services team, responsible for assisting Sitecore’s implementation developers with best practices guidance, troubleshooting customizations, reverse engineering and significantly contribute towards ramping up and developing the team.
Sitecore will provide all the necessary trainings about the Sitecore system.
Ideal candidates will have the following background:
Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including:
Problem solving and logical thinking skills.
Understanding of client-server software architecture.
Troubleshooting software development projects.
Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills.
Experience in the following would be an advantage:
Configuring load balancers.
Experience in configuring Windows-based servers.
