ChampionX has an immediate need for a Temporary IT Operations Analyst located in Leduc, AB. This position performs an integral role to IT customer support, network systems and hardware maintenance and deployment. The End User Support Technician will be the first line of assistance for matters with customer problems or defects for products and programs used internally.

What You Will Do:
Assists clients day-to-day functionality and efficiency.
Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices
Configures, installs and maintains complex software systems
Monitor server backups and manage MS updates
Manages and supports server applications
Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
Manages projects successfully on time and within budget
Manage and support video conferencing hardware and software solutions
Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues
They should update the user information in an organizational system
To update the user access for given IT applications for new and current employees
Other duties as required.

Candidate must reside in Leduc, AB or surrounding areas.
Temporary 1-year contract.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four-year college or university degree in Computer Science or related field, or related experience in IT support
6 or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred certificates: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+, MCSA: Windows 10, MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure, VMware
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong math and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
