As an Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator for an electrical contractor, your job duties would typically involve a combination of sales support, marketing activities, and coordination tasks.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
- Set up meeting for sales, cold calls, introduce company to clients on the phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries and forward to the technical sales for the quote.
- Assist sales to develop quotes for supply and projects.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Track and report sales and marketing metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing presentations and reports.
Marketing Activities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's electrical services and products.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Promote services and products on company's social media as well as professional network page.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling electrical services and products.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
