Administrative Assistant
Canadian Fertility Consulting is a leading organization in the health sector dedicated to providing exceptional support and services to individuals and families involved in surrogacy. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Surrogate and Intended Parent departments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of these departments by providing administrative support and maintaining effective communication.
Key Responsibility
- Answer incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Surrogate and Intended Parent departments.
- Conduct data entry tasks, including importing and exporting information into Salesforce.
- Perform criminal record checks as part of the screening process.
- Handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Provide information to clients and internal teams by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
- Assist the team in organizing and maintaining efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure strong communication and information flow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong reporting and administrative writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Great communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe is a plus.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Salary: $19.00-$20.50 per hour
