Overview:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals in the London, ON area who are interested in exploring a career in sales operations that is rewarding both personally and professionally. Responsibilities:

Evaluate trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside.

Collects and examines data and uses the information gathered to build coherent, intelligent reports; preparing data exhibits for management meetings

Interpreting/analyzing data to support branch revenue and marketing planning

Developing ad hoc reporting as requested by leadership team; presenting concrete information and insight

Using data to expose performance gaps

Act as system/platform resource for new hires and merger integrations

Supporting marking campaign efforts by providing activity reporting

Acting as an internal consultant on sales tools and technology
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Marketing

Technologically savvy, with curiosity about learning and adopting new technology platforms quickly

Experience with Adobe InDesign highly desired

Experience in CRM administration (Salesforce.com preferred) or supporting sales teams through manipulating data in a CRM
-
Familiarity with basic sales and marketing metrics and their applications.

Proficiency within data analytics tools

Sophisticated problem-solving and analysis skills, including a high level of organization and detail-orientation

Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative

Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently, as required
