We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with advanced knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, along with a deep understanding of WordPress, SEO, digital advertising, conversion tracking, and website design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand visibility, and ultimately boost conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
1. Website Management
- Maintain and optimize the company websites using WordPress to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
2. Digital Advertising
- Create and manage advanced digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Meta, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital advertising campaigns, making adjustments to optimize ROI.
3. SEO Optimization
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility.
4. Conversion Tracking
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking systems to monitor website goals and user interactions.
- Analyze conversion data to identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing where necessary.
5. Content Creation and Marketing
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages that align with marketing objectives.
- Promote content through various digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
6. WordPress Website Design
- Use WordPress website design skills to create and update visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in WordPress management, SEO, digital advertising, and website design.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta and Google Ads.
- Experience writing SEO-friendly blog posts and creating effective landing pages.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and A/B testing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your website and SEO work.
- Must be able to work in person; no remote work is available.

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
