The core responsibilities of our stylists are to:
- Cut, color, style, shampoo, and treat hair.
- Provide top-tier customer service and develop relationships with guests.
- Assist other stylists, apprentices, and front end team members when needed, and help with general salon upkeep, and cleanliness.
- We are looking for a stylist who has:
- Passion for their craft, positive energy, and enthusiasm in the workplace.
- Completed their schooling and has experience in the industry.
- Strong consultation and communication skills to expertly understand and meet guests’ expectations while providing a great experience.
- Organizational skills to effectively maintain the day to day requirements of their position.
