Sales, Business Marketing Manager - Patient Monitoring (Canada Remote-Based)
The Sales, Business Marketing Manager is pivotal in shaping the commercial strategy for the Patient Monitoring business in Canada. While not directly responsible for immediate sales targets, the BMM focuses on the broader horizon, driving transformative commercial strategies and engaging directly with customers to shift their behaviors and perspectives. By challenging traditional models and steering the conversation toward innovative business practices, the BMM plays a crucial role in ensuring the company’s sustained market leadership beyond the immediate future.
Your role:

Sales Strategy Evolution: While not directly handling immediate sales, equip sales teams with forward-looking tools and knowledge. Serve as a bridge between the current state and the company's envisioned future.

Direct Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with key customers to discuss and understand their long-term strategies, behaviors, and procurement practices. Lead conversations about future business models and practices, shaping the market's direction for the upcoming years.

Portfolio Strategy & Management: Handle the lifecycle of the EHM and CA portfolios, ensuring timely product introductions and phase-outs.

Market Analysis: Stay attuned to market trends and competitor actions. Use insights to inform long-term product decisions and strategic direction.

Strategic Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Category and Product Managers, ensuring that the broader team is aligned with long-term market needs and insights.

BMC Integration: Incorporate BMC enablers into overarching business strategies.

Commercial Lead for the Long Term: Spearhead Business Development discussions with customers, government, and procurement groups. Outline and champion the roadmap and future of Monitoring.

Performance Tracking: Monitor long-term performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction.

Market Expansion Initiatives: Convert competitor territories and identify opportunities to lay groundwork for future business growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Executives and central procurement groups, fostering relationships that will understand the future procurement landscape in Canada.

Team Leadership: Lead the specialist support team in alignment with the company's transformative vision.
You're the right fit if:
- Minimum of 10 years of industry or sales experience involving complex bundled deals

5 + years of sales management experience in an environment involving complex bundled deals

Consistent and successful sales track record & results: over quota performance, forecast accuracy, balanced portfolio, and competitive wins.

Medical capital equipment sales experience or work experience in the Healthcare field

Strong leadership and team building skills and ability to effectively leverage other people.
