We are looking for a highly organized Operations & Projects Support Coordinator to assist with the management of daily business activities and project tasks. Responsibilities of the Operations & Projects Support Coordinator include assisting with resource allocation, organizing engineering and sales support materials, arranging, and assisting with various IT and software configurations to support the connectivity of marketing, sales, engineering, project management, equipment installation, and customer service.

The Role
· Assist with the management of daily operational activities
· Perform project tasks for internal improvement initiatives and customer jobs
· Support software configuration needs, document management and template creation, sales drawings and drafting needs
· Prepare customer facing quotes/offers for direct sales or dealer delivery to client
· Coordinate and recommend the proper allocation of resources to ensure deliverables
· Assist with project management by creating assignments, completing assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues
· Help support internal and external stakeholder relations
· Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
· Perform minor tech support and service to customers as needed
Work Experience
· 2 to 3+ years of project support and software systems configuration experience
· 2 to 3+ years of heavy equipment and construction experience in a B2B environment
· Prior work experience in sales or customer service.
