As DNSnetworks continues its journey to $50M+ in revenue, it is looking for a Sr. Manager, SEO to lead our search engine optimization efforts and drive organic growth for DNSnetworks.com and all our managed customers. You will build and lead a team of data-driven SEO professionals and play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's online visibility, attracting organic traffic, and contributing to its overall digital marketing success.
The Senior PPC Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing advanced pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to achieve the company's and our managed customer's marketing and revenue goals. With a strong background in paid search strategies and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, the ideal candidate will be data-driven and have extensive experience in managing complex PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strategy Development: Design comprehensive and sophisticated PPC strategies to achieve desired business outcomes. Recognize opportunities and gaps in the market that can be leveraged to bring in more online traffic and conversions.
Campaign Creation and Management: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search and display advertising platforms.
Keyword Research: Utilize advanced tools and research methods to discover high-performing keywords for campaign usage.
Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling and high-converting ad copy, ensuring that it aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
Creative Asset Build: The production of creative assets for the campaign launch. Marketing platforms require the use of many assets in multiple sizes and formats to operate hence working with tools like Flexitive help increase our capability. We’ll require you to work with design teams or take a hands-on approach to build and adjust ads based on data and reporting.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily. Make adjustments based on data to ensure the achievement of ROI and KPI goals.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
Bid Management: Use manual and automated bid management tools to optimize bids for best ad placements and performance.
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with web development and design teams to optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates and better user experience.
A/B Testing: Regularly test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify the highest performing combinations.
Reporting: Create detailed reports showcasing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates. Recommend and implement new tactics or platforms where appropriate.
Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as SEO, content, and design teams, to align strategies and optimize the overall digital marketing efforts.
Training and Documentation: Provide training to other member of the team if needed as well as document any policy and procedure related to PPC.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proficient in PPC platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific analysis tools.
- Capable of using the Microsoft 365 suite
- Should be familier with photoshop and illustrator
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Previous experience in managing sizable budgets.
- Working with tools like Flexative for optimization and maximizing effectiveness.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
