Power Platform Developer
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Power Platform Developer to design and development of solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI). This also involves understanding requirements of the project, supporting testing activities and deploying solutions in accordance with their governance and change management policies.
Power Platform Developer Role Details:
- applications (canvas and/or model driven) and must have a good working knowledge of standard/premium/custom connectors. They must have experience working with Azure SQL databases as well as Dataverse.
- Power Automate (Flow): The developer will be responsible for creating business automations to support the Power Apps workflows (e.g. automated approvals, reminders and other collaboration features within the Microsoft ecosystem).
- Power BI:The ability to build BI solutions as part of the overall solution (reporting, dashboards, data models, analyzing datasets, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Testing and Documentation: There is an expectation to support testing activities for solutions developed, as well as creating technical documentation, including design specifications and support manuals.
- Work with Technical Lead to develop technical design for solutions in scope for the project
- Develop apps including delivery of:
- Technical design documents
- Develop PowerApps (model driven and canvas) apps
- Configure data gateways/Dataverse/Azure SQL databases
- Develop Power automate flows and Power BI reports
- Support testing activities
- Support deployment activities
- Participate as required in architectural designs and discussions relating to:
- Business process and app design
- Workload planning (core usage)
- CI/CD tools (Azure pipelines) and SDLC related automation
- Participate in sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective sessions
- Advocate for their best interests throughout the engagement

Power Platform Developer Mandatory Skills:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Power Platform. This includes proficiency in designing and developing workflow apps in Power Apps, automations using Power Automate and business intelligence solutions using Power BI
- Certification: MS Power Platform Developer Associate or higher
