We have an exciting Marketing opportunity on our Food Service Marketing Team as Brand Manager – Health Care. This role is based out of our Mississauga Head Office location (60% in-office, 40% remote) and plays a key role in leading the strategic development, planning, and implementation of Campbells Healthcare Brands (Eating Smart, Texture Modified Foods, Advance Cuisine), Campbell’s Classic Soups (Shelf Stable Soups) and Frozen Entrees. Responsibilities include development and execution for long and short-term strategic marketing plans, financial profitably, commercialization of new products, support demand forecasting, agency management, and development of growth opportunities. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the Health Care industry, supporting sales with health care expertise, as well as representing Campbell’s with industry relations (IDDSI). Registered Dietician license required.
Category Management

Set strategic and execute direction of marketing plans

Ensure financial profitability through profit & loss (P&L) management and Pricing Strategy

Development of promotion and marketing communications

Actively monitor sales performance working with internal cross functional partners in sales

Product Commercialization

Lead initiatives and launch new products within the Campbell commercialization process

Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization
Agency Management
Work with various other creative agencies to produce point of sale (POS) and a variety of marketing materials for brands
