We currently have an opportunity for a Specialist, Email marketing. This self-starter will lead and run various email marketing projects for various segments within the Marketing Department. An ideal candidate would have experience in driving acquisition, engagement, and conversion through email, using the power of CRM and automation tools. This candidate should be detail and multi-task oriented, a creative-thinker and problem-solver. This is a dynamic role that will coordinate and conduct email marketing campaigns, preparing reports, quality assurance of our email marketing tools, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong organization skills and an excellent eye for detail.
Key responsibilities:

Handling the execution of email marketing campaigns using Click Dimensions (Email Automation Tool) and CRM Dynamics, including day-to-day operations such as email development, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing/quality assurance, deployment, and reporting

Maintaining the Measurement, analysis, and reporting of effective email marketing initiatives and key performance indicators

Implementing marketing automation activities and driving all external email communications and campaigns, including product updates, newsletters, education communications, championing campaigns, and other survey invitations, etc., to drive acquisition and positively impact customer relations

Conducting A/B tests to experiment with subject lines, email layouts and creatives, as well as segmentation and audiences to drive increases in open rates, and click-through

Manage relationships with key internal collaborators to feed a collaborative approach to the execution of initiatives

Supply input on email metrics improvement, email personalization and suggesting new campaigns, programs, and tools to increase engagement

Recommend the creation & execution of digital marketing strategies that deliver qualified leads

Design segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists to improve engagement and campaign efficiency

Support team members with LMS and web marketing projects where needed

Monitor and maintain the email marketing content calendar, and consider all key events when scheduling content for emails

Strive to consistently improve U/X, user journey and email performance by crafting creative content based on insights and A/B testing

Collaborate with Marketing team members on email campaign launches and various marketing initiatives by sharing email marketing plan, standard processes, and strategies

Actively participate in knowledge sharing and cross-training opportunities
Job requirements
Education & Certificates
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Skills & Knowledge:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience with Marketing Automation Software and/or Email Marketing tools and programs

Outstanding writing and editing skills in English

Project management experience

Experience using ClickDimensions, Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred

Knowledge of email marketing analytics and reporting

Ability to organize multiple deadlines while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently

Ability to review and analyse data to recommend new strategies based on the analysis of information and previous experiences

Technically adept with the ability to easily pick up CMS and software systems
