We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator. This team member will support our demand generation campaigns by helping the team execute the campaigns with Pardot, Eloqua and Salesforce.com, as well as run the reports and participate in the analysis of campaign performance. We are a metrics-driven organization and need a candidate with experience with integrated marketing campaigns and working in a fast-paced environment. The position requires excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail, and a passion for metrics and data analysis. Additionally, the marketing coordinator should have a passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date on current trends in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Support the marketing and channel teams to execute multi-channel campaigns.
Create and managing campaign assets such as landing pages, email templates, forms.
and workflows
Support webinar operations and promotion
Manage leads from various systems in Salesforce and Pardot and ensure they are
properly tracked.
Clean-up, enrich and import the lists to Pardot and Salesforce
Set up and run Salesforce.com reports to track campaigns and the marketing funnel.
Refine and import ICP list using outbound tools.
Assist sales team with building outbound reports to enhance their cold outreach efforts.
Maintain or improve data management standards and database health!
Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing spend and invoices.
Who You Are
2+ years in a B2B marketing role
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deliverables.
Highly developed interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with working in a team-based environment on multiple projects
Proficient in Salesforce preferred, certification is a bonus.
Previous experience with Pardot or other marketing automation software highly desired.
Knowledge of Excel or similar tools to help transform and manipulate data to report on it in a meaningful way.
