TimeTrex Software Inc. is a leading workforce management software company seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketer. The role of this position is to create innovative digital marketing ensuring a consistent company message across multiple channels to drive user engagement and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Skilfully review, copy-write, proof, brand and finalize external company digital communications and advertising.
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to create landing pages to optimize user experience.
- Play an active role in creating and editing photo and video advertising.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Maintain company social media presence.
- Play an active role in creating, planning, marketing and executing webinars.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Communicate in a collaborative and professional manner with other members of the team.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of design, production and digital communications.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing with emphasis on upholding quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising creative digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization and experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
While degrees and certifications are great, your proficiency in digital marketing with a proven track record is preferable.
