E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator, Murchie's Tea & Coffee

Our Delta based head office is the home of our manufacturing and distribution hub.
We are seeking an e-commerce and digital marketing specialist to manage the daily operations of our website. This role will be responsible for executing weekly online promotions, maintaining the look and function of the website as well as assisting in seasonal product and campaign launches. A flair for creative copywriting, as well as familiarity with graphic design, digital photography and Adobe Creative Suite are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and scheduling of weekly, monthly, seasonal email campaigns on an ongoing basis.
Maintain the website and other pertinent website-related systems – this includes ensuring all product information and web content are up to date, monitoring and improving the online shopping experience, scheduling and coordinating site maintenance, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Work with the management to create and track email marketing campaigns, including creation of relevant visual content.
Manage social media presence and online business listings – this includes creating and posting content to social media channels, monitoring public reviews, and responding to user messages.
Collect sales-related data for analysis and generate reports.
Photograph new and existing products.
Day-to-day support of merchandising updates for the website to manage stock availability.
Work with the product team to understand upcoming product launches to ensure that all products have complete information.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills across various channels and media types.
Experience in graphic design, print publishing and photo editing using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Excels in a dynamic environment.
A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence.
Video creation and editing skills an asset.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
