JOB TYPE: CONTRACT (30 HOURS/WEEK)
POSITION: RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SALES COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO:Sales Manager
PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is a crucial position within the sales team. Providing multi-faceted support to the Sales and Marketing teams, the Sales Coordinator will assist with administrative responsibilities for all day-to-day activities. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere with the objective of creating a positive experience for every client. The Sales Coordinator will ensure that the Sales Centre and Show Homes are kept in pristine condition and that the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and readiness are maintained at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for meeting, greeting and registering prospects; welcoming them to the community and creating positive client and homeowner experiences
- Maintain a complete understanding of the project, unit types and neighbourhood with ability to provide overviews to prospects when required
- Responsible for managing contract administration, and possessing a good understanding of general sales processes
- Ability to demonstrate the benefits, features and available options of the show homes
- Responsible for the setup of the Sales Centre, Show Home and A-board signage; ensure they are maintained in immaculate condition
- Provide support to Sales Manager as needed
- Ability to plan and coordinate sales events
- Ability to manage and maintain CRM systems, MLS listings and reports
- Responsible for checking on videos, music and lights in Show Homes; ensuring the cleanliness of the display suites in addition to conducting weekly inspections to note and report deficiencies for repairs as required
- To be present at the sales centre during the established business hours and to represent KaiserLanden Realty Inc. to the public through professional appearance and conduct to the public at all times
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional work ethic and willingness to work outside of regular work hours including Saturdays and Sundays, and occasional holidays
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain and communicate processes and procedures
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and a “team player” attitude
- Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean language skills an asset
- Previous development or real estate experience required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
On site/in person, with access to MS Office via Windows PC. Travel to other sites and consultant offices as needed (BC driver’s license and automobile required).

Salary: $33,922.75-$63,582.58 per year
