Servicing and building machines, Mac, PC, Linux, Windows Server
Windows Server AD, Group Policy, experience
Security implementation
Infection mitigation
Data recovery
Triage Support
Solving software/hardware issues
Network admin tasks
Completing competency exams
Reporting to supervisors
Working shifts
Onsite tech support as needed
Plenty of random tech items not mentioned
MUST HAVES:
Post secondary degree or related polytechnic diploma
Must be fully fluent in speaking and writing English (Report writing and phone troubleshooting skills are critical!)
Able to build workstations; service servers.
Possess good reasoning, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Minimum 2 to 3 year experience in the tech industry
Experience with hardware components, accessories, parts
iOS or Android OS experience
Deploy routers, switches, access points
Must be motivated and organized, mature, humble and honest, an excellent attitude and attention to detail
NICE TO HAVES:
Be able to deploy Office 365, Azure, Hosted Exchange, MS Teams
SharePoint experience
VLAN, VPN deployment
Have an understanding of Microsoft, Adobe, Tech Soup Licensing, etc.
Data recovery experience
Ransomware experience
Server building, workstation building
GPO structuring and management
Experience of mail flow and migration, POP, IMAP, Exchange

Salary: $32,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
