CCP Games is looking for a talented Software Engineer!
You will be working within the Blockchain & Infrastructure team of Project Awakening, a new AAA game title set within the EVE universe. The position is located in Reykjavík.
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with a team of skilled and passionate professionals to co-create a game world
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications using the Go and Python programming languages
- Dabbling in other technologies, such as Terraform, AWS, Linux, Ansible, Bash, TypeScript, Solidity, etc.
- Writing maintainable, well tested, well documented, open-source code
- Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Your profile:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4+ years of professional programming experience, including Go and Python
- Good, collaborative, modern software engineering practices
- Fluency in English, as a native speaker or second language
- Enthusiastic about technology, good products, and gaming
