Duties:
- Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Perform hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
- Offer nail care services such as manicures and pedicures
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products and accessories
- Mentor and train junior stylists
- Upsell additional services and products to clients
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate sales and inventory
Experience:
- Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license
- Proven experience in providing a variety of hair services
- Knowledge of current trends and techniques in hair styling and grooming
- Familiarity with nail care techniques and products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
