Job Overview: As a Landing Page Specialist and Facebook Ads Manager at Amplartic Company Ltd., you will be responsible for creating and optimizing landing pages to convert website visitors into high-quality leads. Additionally, you will manage Facebook advertising campaigns to attract potential customers and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute effective lead generation strategies and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Landing Page Creation:
- Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and high-converting landing pages.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive and user-friendly.
Facebook Ads Management:
- Plan and execute Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to achieve campaign goals.
- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences and create compelling ad creatives and content.
- Implement lead capture forms and tracking mechanisms on landing pages.
- Continuously explore new lead generation tactics and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on landing page and Facebook ad performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for better results.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates on landing pages.
- Implement CRO techniques, including but not limited to A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and heatmaps.
Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve lead generation targets while controlling costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in creating high-converting landing pages.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a strong understanding of user behavior and psychology.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads experience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Certifications in digital marketing and advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification).
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
