Duties and Responsibilities:
· Consult clients with the most suitable immigration pathways
· Assessment potential clients and provide immigration advices based on the clients’ backgrounds and individual situations.
· Manage assigned cases
· Remain up-to-date with current Canadian immigration policies and trends.
· Able to collaborate with case co-ordinators and external agents.
· Think constructively and outside the box to provide prospective clients with all possible options
· Able to make logical analysis independently.
· Provide policy research and updates to team.
· Draft forms, prepare documents and submissions independently at the instruction of a lawyer
· Direct communication with clients in writing and by phone for the obtention of the documentation necessary for submissions as well as advise on required changes to documentation provided
· Detailed analysis of documentation provided by clients
· Organize, maintain file list, and diarize deadlines
· Along with lawyer, prioritize workload and complete tasks under time constraints
· Maintain timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders
· Manage case processing as assigned
· Manage files from beginning to end
Requirement
· One year of Canadian immigration experience or legal background
· Outstanding writing and verbal skills
· Excellent personality
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Independent thinking
· Able to manage and push forward case processing from beginning to end
Licence:
· ICCRC (Required)
· We welcome applicant currently enrolled in accredited immigration consultant courses.
