At Can-Mech Agencies Ltd. we specialize in the representation & distribution of quality plumbing products. We are a Manufacturers’ Agent servicing the plumbing industry in the Residential, Commercial & Industrial sectors and are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team!
We focus on customer growth, sales, and support through many ways of communication. You will execute in-person sales, resolve customer questions, and offer solutions to drive company sales to support our many reputable manufacturers.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prospecting in-person calls and establish ongoing rapport with customers (account management)
- Following up on leads and conducting methods to identify new and existing opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Eastern & Northern Ontario travel
- Project negotiations and tracking
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, quotations, customer service, or other related fields is a benefit
- Self-Motivated with organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Bilingual (French / English)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outgoing, personable and enjoys interacting with people
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Personal vehicle required with allowance & gas coverage
Training:
- All necessary training will be provided
