What Your Experience Brings:

* Participation in, or educated for; a Marketing role, with promotional, and branding related expertise.
* Prior experience in Reception, Office Administration, or related field.
* Experience in Customer Service.
Marketing/Promotional Responsibilities:
· Prepare WV Flyers, catalogues, and marketing materials.
· Prepare other Branded Materials such as: Decals, stickers, and vehicle wraps.
· Organize tradeshows, maintain scheduling and calendar.
· Provide direction for website updates, and ensure inventory levels are accurate.
· Maintain and update WV Social Media accounts.
· Inform staff with upcoming events such as tradeshows, new product lines, by updating, and distributing our company newsletter.
· Order, and maintain inventory of promotional materials, staff clothing, and coveralls.
· Design and order business cards, and various print materials.
· Assist managers with creating various branded internal documents, and employee certificates as needed.
· Update current inventory for website company wide.
· Design and distribute email campaigns.
Front Reception:
· Welcome all visitors and announce them to the appropriate personnel.
· Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate contact and take detailed messages in a professional manner.
· Copy, create and scan documents for various departments.
· Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Maintain company phone lists, staff attendance, and outlook calendars.
· Submit A/R invoices to various customer portals.
· Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Manage photocopiers, including updating staff lists for scanning, and order replacement cartages as needed.
· Source and order office supplies and consumables for all branches.
· Provide general office support such as: Data entry, filing and organizing, as needed.
Requirements:
· 1 year experience in Marketing, a related field, certification, or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of Reception/Administrative Support Experience.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat applications.

Salary information: Salary is dependent on experience & certifications and will be discussed with selected candidates.
Salary Range - $20 - $23/hr.
