Summary
The Demand Generation Specialist is a critical member of our marketing services team, responsible for executing demand initiatives, implementing software solutions, and driving marketing campaigns across various channels. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, this specialist ensures the seamless execution of lead generation and conversion strategies, while meticulously measuring campaign outcomes. As a CRM expert, they excel in optimizing emails, landing pages, and forms. Moreover, their skills extend to website management, SEO, and the insightful utilization of Google Analytics data, strengthening our online presence and performance. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented specialist to drive successful campaign execution and enhance our digital visibility.
This role will ideally be based out of our Oakville location and report to the Marketing Director.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee our marketing automation platform (Pardot), including the hands-on implementation and optimization of emails, landing pages, and forms.
- Contribute to grading systems and actively participate in refining lead management processes.
- Execute demand generation strategies to drive business growth, including the development of multichannel nurture programs.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of our digital brand, encompassing website and online presence.
- Assist in analyzing campaign data, assessing performance, and measuring ROI (utilizing web analytics and Pardot reporting).
- Review and monitor Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency within processes through automation.
- Contribute to process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to support initiatives and CRM improvements.

- A college or university degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
- Must have the ability to work on-site.
