Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Senior Paid Media Specialist is responsible for sourcing and executing effective paid media, to increase awareness and support of the company’s strategy and thought leadership.
Responsibilities:

Develop paid media plans to support corporate campaign strategy by identifying strategic paid media options, across outdoor, print, and digital channels

Execute on paid media plans, leveraging corporate campaign creative and in alignment with other corporate marketing functions to ensure an integrated campaign

Monitor and measure paid media performance and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaigns

Evaluate market trends and develop new best practices to improve paid media performance

Build and nurture collaborative relationships with key outdoor, print and digital paid media organizations
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Experience in OOH media/ Traditional media/ offline media.

Outdoor, print and digital paid media buying experience

Strong knowledge and understanding of the paid media ecosystem

Strong business acumen and the ability to tie paid media strategy to business strategy

Experienced in analytics and reporting and related tools

A high-performance and high-integrity individual, who is works well under pressure to be both proactive and reactive

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, who can manage multiple priorities and execute with both quality and speed
