Digital & Ecommerce Website Coordinator/ Manager position,
Hudson Group is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Coordinator / Manager to be responsible for the coordination and execution of our Digital & Ecommerce Platforms (Reserve and Collect & Emporium). This highly collaborative role sits within the North American Digital Marketing team and reports into the Director of eCommerce.
Key Accountabilities:

Manages the progress of projects coordinating activities among stakeholders and tracking completion of tasks to full execution of each project

Serve as the key point of contact between marketing managers, region category managers and global digital team, flexing between projects as needed. Coordinates projects from kickoff through post-production, ensuring that timelines are met and milestones are completed to ensure timely deployment of content and project completion.
- Works closely with Global Team and local Category managers to evaluate best sellers/most searched items/brands to determine which items to highlight on landing pages

Coordinate and perform Training of Operations teams on how to use systems to fulfill Orders from Digital Platforms and Lead monthly check-ins

Troubleshoots issues with daily processes vital to business (Queries from Operations Teams, Inventory databases, Order Status, Vendor Details)

Liaise with IT (local/global, SAP and Global Digital IT) to identify and troubleshoot ongoing technical issues with the site and follow up to resolution

Work with local operations teams to provide support and help determine how to provide Reserve & Collect service effectively at Airport locations

Work with global Product Owners and Product Managers to implement the local digital strategy to improve conversion of the eCommerce site (incl A/B testing), providing support when issues arise.

Owns end-to-end digital customer journey; proactively identifying and implementing new opportunities to deliver high performing, agile customer interactions and touchpoints by developing processes, devising new solutions, services, products, or propositions.

Coordinate launch of new products for North American eCommerce; owning website content management while making sure the best practices are followed.

Revise and optimize product descriptions in digital channels

Edits content for consistency, accuracy and readability per Digital Marketing guidelines and policies.

Work with the Director of eCommerce and Global teams to implement vision, roadmaps, and program backlog of the local eCommerce strategy
The Digital & Ecommerce Website Coordinator/ Manager position is for you, if you would enjoy:

- Championing and leading the training and addressing questions from Operations teams on how to use our Digital Platforms

Enhancing our eCommerce websites to meet all KPIs including the enrichment and optimization of local product descriptions, and to strategically grow eCommerce in the US and Canada

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and collaborating to develop strategies that will contribute to sales growth driven by our digital channels.
Required Qualifications:
-
3-5 years’ experience in retail and using digital platforms and eCommerce website
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail and/ or travel industry
- Commercial yet customer-first mindset with the ability to identify customer needs

Strong Project Management capabilities - ability to plan, execute and communicate to all levels of organization on items
-
Able to create material and conduct trainings with operations to drive effective operational processes.
- Deep understanding in all the commercial levers to drive performance (range, price, experience, marketing)

Display expertise in customer journey management, digital and communications
-
Be based out of our East Rutherford, New Jersey: Toronto: or Vancouver location
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience working with Pre-order eCommerce services
-
Experience working with Airport Duty-Free and Duty-Paid businesses
-
Experience with Magento, Adobe Target + Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, and SAP required
-
Managing Content of eCommerce & Digital Listings a plus
-
Experience working on an eCommerce operation with entrepreneurial spirit
-
Understanding of the dynamics of the US and Canadian markets
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
