- Minimum of eight years of experience in Protein Procurement and Supply Chain Management (strongly preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics (or equivalent combination of education and experience). MBA in Economics, Supply Chain or Finance preferred

Demonstrated understanding of (Commodity) Risk Management programs and strategies

Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain, including programs, distribution & logistics, procurement, QA, culinary, and commercialization

Broad understanding of the Foodservice Industry and supplier community

Elevated standards related to communication and customer service. Experience communicating with and influencing senior-level leadership

Informed and up to date on US and Canadian government and industry regulations and guidelines

Intuitive and strategic thinker

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.* The target annual bonus for this role is 25% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance. Director and above roles are also eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive award program.
