We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing technical advice, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of software and hardware systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Create and maintain user accounts and profiles.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in a ticketing system.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems.

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
