Reports to: CFO
Accountable for meeting the needs of the business by prioritizing short-term and long-term security and technology goals for the organization; Responsible for managing and maintaining company technology and networks.
Duties:
- Manage IT projects, including the design and deployment of IT systems and services
- Provide in person and remote IT support for office and field staff
- Respond to internal client needs and troubleshoot or escalate issues as required
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and IT related issues
- Track and maintain IT equipment and devices
- Deploy and repair IT equipment and devices
- IT vendor management, including negotiation of contracts
- Manage and maintain company network and IT assets
- Set up New Hire IT equipment, drives, and devices as required
Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
- 3-5+ years of IT related experience
- Required experience with following Operating Systems:
- Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2016
- Server Roles: Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, GPO, SMTP, DFS
- Networking: knowledgeable in computer networking including VLAN
- Applications: Microsoft 365 (troubleshooting and administration), SharePoint Online
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Valid Drivers License and ability to travel to sites (within Edmonton area)
