Job Description:
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate is proactive and self-motivated, and able to identify opportunities for improvement across all marketing collateral and tactics.

In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, plan and coordinate the execution of integrated B2C & B2B marketing programs and initiatives, while adhering to set timelines and budgets.

Develop and manage project work streams including project management, follow-ups, and stakeholder approvals.

Collaborate closely with the creative, digital and communication teams to launch campaigns by ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives, and identifying areas of opportunity including improvement in messaging, delivery, or consolidation.

Collaborate with Marketing Manager on development of marketing briefs.

Support the business development team with marketing needs to support their outreach activities and partners.

Act as a brand steward, who can lead the organization of brand assets, provide quality assurance, and oversee deliverables are created consistent with our brand visual style and voice.

Liaise with Business Analytics to track marketing campaign results and apply learnings for future campaigns.

Oversee internal marketing portals to streamline business and facility marketing requests for collateral and SWAG.

Salary: 70,000-75,000 CAD Annually
