This is a hybrid position located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Development you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth for the Invisalign Service through the build and execution of an effective service line strategy.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and proactive, identifying with dentalcorp’s entrepreneurial and results-oriented culture. Self-driven and with innate curiosity, the individual exhibits a high level of responsibility and dedication to continue their own professional development. The successful candidate is able to provide best-in-class service levels to our Practices and Partners and ensure they think strategically while also delivering tactically.
In this role, you will

Grow the clear aligner service, across the network, through the build and execution of an effective service line strategy.

Monitor and research market and industry trends to ensure that we are offering the best to our patients and identify new opportunities in delivery of the service.

Devise long-term development strategies for the service

Provide operational oversight for delivery and evaluation of clear aligner service; continuously develop and implement relevant strategies and innovative solutions to identify opportunities and address gaps

Develop forecasts and regularly report on progress against KPIs to deliver network growth plans; review and evolve plans throughout the year, adjusting as required to meet plans.

Partner with DCI, dentalcorp’ s training institute, to develop, maintain and enhance training curriculum based on the needs of the network.

Partner with Marketing develop and execute marketing plans for the service.

Partner with Procurement, plan activities and cultivate strong relationships with National Vendors and work with them to build network-wide business plans to optimize patient care and drive practice performance.

Work closely with all field teams to execute plans across the network.
What we're looking for
-
Post-secondary education in Business, healthcare or related field
-
5 years of category development/management experience
-
Experience in dental industry preferred and considered a strong asset
-
Experience in the Clear Aligner Therapy service is an asset.

Strong Financial Acumen and experience managing financial performance.

Ability to gather and synthesize customer, competitor and market information into insight and action plans.

Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proven strength in having a ‘patient lens’ in all decision making process

An effective change agent who possesses the influencing skills needed to help the organization adopt new ways of thinking and to embrace more sophisticated business tools

Ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting where new processes are created and continually improved
