The Manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

Requirements
A valid cosmetology or barber license
Salon management experience (1 year preferred)
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
