As our In-House Brand Ambassador & Video Content Specialist, you'll embody the spirit of our diverse portfolio of companies, from tech start-ups to cutting-edge agriculture ventures. You'll not only craft engaging video narratives but also be the pulse of our online interactions and event experiences.
Video Creation & Editing: Craft compelling brand videos, 'how-to' content, engagement pieces, and Video Sales Letters (VSLs).
Event Attendance & Planning: Represent our brands at events, book bands and entertainment for our venues, and curate unforgettable experiences.
Post-production & Upload: Refine videos with editing, captions, and music, ensuring streamlined uploads to social platforms.
Digital Engagement: Promptly respond to social media comments and messages, ensuring our audience feels seen and valued.
Market Awareness: Conduct competitor analysis reporting and stay updated with industry trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Internal Engagement: Foster a strong connection with our internal teams, ensuring brand consistency and mutual growth.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about the brand to potential customers
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to create a positive brand experience
- Set up and maintain product displays at various locations, such as retail stores, trade shows, and events
- Distribute promotional materials and samples to increase brand awareness
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and event organizers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills to effectively showcase products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different environments
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in areas with diverse populations
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
