The Small Social Company is looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, digital marketing expert to run and execute full programs for a variety of clients based in North America.
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client goals and needs, leading strategy phone calls, organizing data, building social media content and images, and organizing client reports. They will also be required to work with numerous social media platforms and must be highly efficient with all social platforms, as well as be consistently up to date with online & social media trends.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Junior Social Media Manager
Social Media Coordinator
Google Ads Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain social media calendars and publish social media content
- Scheduling social media content
- Consistently watch for content that is working and isn't working and adjust strategy
- Communicate key performance indicators back to the internal team in order to strategize on possible improvements to performance
- Creating appropriate content (images/text) with an eye for quality design
- Monitor and/or responding to client social media accounts outside of office hours, as well as in-office
- Analytic reports
- Creative design
Requirements:
- The ability to think fast and make educated, strategic decisions
- Process-oriented with the ability to plan and execute projects cross-functionally
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgement and act with integrity
- Ability to work with a team to efficiently execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing business pages on Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
- Excellent communication and writing skills as well as great attention to detail
- Ability to manage full client projects from start to finish
Specific duties could include but not limited to:
- Full Social Media Strategy including communication on Monday.com and post on multiple platforms daily
- Daily updates on Asana (internal project management tool)
- Website design and edits
- Google Adwords
- Content creation
- Graphic design
- Strategy documents
- Monthly content calendars to clients for approval
- Communication with clients
- Managing full client projects from start to finish
- Point of contact person for clients
- Edit & manage website design
- SEO & Google Ads
- Paid ads on various Social Media platforms
Assets (Not Required)
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience
- A strong knowledge of social media trends
- Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Canva and Adobe

Salary: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
